I’ll be on call from 37 weeks ready to support you during labour and birth.
I’m not there to take your partners role, I’m there to work alongside you both, creating a calm, safe space, offering guidance, and helping you feel heard and supported every step of the way
Once your baby’s here, I’ll still be there to support you, holding space, offering care, and helping you rest and settle into those early postpartum days.
This isn’t just support, it’s an investment in your emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing during one of the most profound times of your life.

On call support from 38 weeks. Reach out via phone or text anytime for extra care and reassurance as you get closer to meeting your baby
Meaningful candid photos of your labour and birth if that’s what feels right for you.
1 x 2 hour postpartum visit to debrief the birth and nourish mum and dad.
Emotional support and a safe space to reflect on your birth experience
Gentle guidance with feeding and access to helpful resources
A homemade, nutrient rich meal or snack to support your recovery - included with each visit

Book as many 3-hour visits as you like to support your transition to parenthood. Each visit is tailored to you - including: light household help, feeding support, emotional support and birth debriefing and baby care so mum and dad can rest or take time for self care,
As you bond with your new family and get to know the ins and outs of one another i’ll take care of the ‘other stuff’ however you chose to be supported across each 3 hours is completely up to you!
